Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course on Rupee Lingua. By completing a payment you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.

In short: all sales are final
Rupee Lingua sells digital products (recorded video courses, quizzes, learning materials and certificates). Once a payment is completed, the purchase is non-refundable. The only exception is an accidental duplicate purchase of the same course (see Exception 1).
1. Why our courses are non-refundable
The moment your payment is confirmed, your account is enrolled and the full course content (videos, quizzes, downloadable resources and progress tracking) becomes permanently available. Because our products are instantly delivered digital content, we cannot retrieve what has already been viewed or downloaded. Issuing a refund would therefore be unfair to other learners and to our instructors, and is not allowed under our standard sale terms.
- You receive lifetime access to the course on enrollment.
- Course videos can be viewed an unlimited number of times.
- Quizzes, certificates and supporting materials are released along with each lesson.
- There is no waiting period or shipping. Delivery is instant.
2. The only exception: duplicate purchase of the same course
If a learner accidentally purchases the same course twice from the same account (for example, due to a payment-gateway timeout that caused a retry), we will refund the duplicate charge. To qualify:
- Both payments must be for the exact same course.
- Both payments must be made from the same registered Rupee Lingua account.
- Both payments must be in completed (paid) status. Pending or failed payments do not qualify; they expire automatically.
- A refund request must be raised within 14 days of the duplicate charge.
Once verified, the duplicate amount is refunded to the original payment method. We keep one valid enrollment so that you continue to have access to the course.
3. What is NOT eligible
For clarity, the following situations are not grounds for a refund:
- Change of mind, lack of time, or change of personal goals after purchase.
- Difficulty understanding the material, or feeling the course is "too hard" or "too easy".
- Buying the wrong course by mistake (please use course previews and free lessons before purchasing).
- Sharing your account credentials with others, in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Disputes raised more than 14 days after the original purchase.
- Loss of internet connectivity, hardware issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. How to request a refund (duplicate-purchase only)

Email us at info@rupeelingua.com from the email address registered on your Rupee Lingua account.

Use the subject line “Duplicate purchase refund: <Course name>”.

Include both Order IDs (Transaction IDs) of the duplicate payments. You will find them in Dashboard → Payments.

We verify both transactions against our payment-gateway records and process the refund within 7–10 working days. The amount may take additional time to appear on your card or wallet, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
We always prefer to resolve concerns directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, before contacting us, does not entitle you to a refund and may result in your account being temporarily suspended pending the dispute outcome. If you have any concern about a charge, please write to info@rupeelingua.com first. We respond within one business day.
6. Free or promotional access
Free courses, fully-discounted (100% coupon) enrollments, and admin-granted access do not involve a payment and are therefore outside the scope of this refund policy.
7. Changes to this policy
Rupee Lingua may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised on each update. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
