5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, quizzes, and materials, are the intellectual property of Rupee Lingua. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements. Each certificate includes a unique verification URL for authenticity.
