By accessing or using the Rupee Lingua website, mobile experience or any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old. Learners under 18 must use the platform with parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for every activity that takes place under your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

Once your payment is confirmed, you are enrolled in the relevant course and granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course material for as long as the course remains live on the platform.

• Our platform uses a progressive unlock system. Each lesson ends with a quiz, and you must achieve the minimum pass score to unlock the next lesson. This is by design and ensures genuine learning.
• Course videos are delivered through Vimeo and are not intended to be downloaded. Attempting to bypass the player or capture content is a breach of these terms.
• We may add, remove or update course content from time to time to keep it accurate and aligned with current exam standards.

You agree not to:

• Share your login, course videos, quizzes or any other course material with anyone else.
• Reproduce, redistribute, resell or publish any part of the platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to bypass technical protection of the platform.
• Upload or post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing or otherwise harmful in reviews, comments or contact forms.
• Use the platform to misrepresent qualifications you have not actually earned.

All course fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz; we do not see or store your card or wallet details.

Course purchases are digital products with instant delivery and are non-refundable, except for accidental duplicate purchases. The full conditions, exception and timeline are described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Once you successfully complete every lesson and pass each quiz of a course, Rupee Lingua issues a digital certificate of completion. Each certificate carries a unique verification ID and a public verification URL on /certificates/verify. Certificates are evidence of course completion only; they are not statutory or regulatory qualifications.

All course videos, written material, quizzes, branding, designs, source code, certificate templates and other content on the platform are the intellectual property of Rupee Lingua or its licensors. Your enrollment grants you a personal right to view and learn from the material; it does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute.

Only learners who have actually enrolled in a course are eligible to leave a review for that course. By submitting a review, you grant Rupee Lingua a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit for length and clarity, or remove the review. Reviews are moderated and may be hidden if they breach our content rules.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you breach these terms, share account credentials, attempt to bypass course-access controls, abuse our staff or learners, or initiate a chargeback without first contacting us. Where possible we will give you notice and a chance to remedy the breach.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep it accurate, secure and available, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that it will result in a particular IELTS band score or career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rupee Lingua and its founders, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the course in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between you and Rupee Lingua. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised on each update. Continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
